COMPANY BACKGROUND of PINSENTO LOGISTICS AND SERVICES

Pinsento Logistics and Services cc was founded on 03/05/2006 following a meeting of the members of the management. We are registered as a close corporation, under section 12,13,14, 27, 29, 47 and 60. Regulations 2,5 and 17 of Close Corporation Act of South Africa incorporated with the department of trade and industry. The name of the close corporation is called Pinsento Logistics and Services cc. We provide dedicated service, highest quality standards, tailored to our customers needs. We are an Engineering, Logistics and Supply service company. Our diversified expertise is utilized by various industries in South Africa such as Steel Industry, Ferrochrome industry, Mining Industry, Heavy engineering plants, Machine builders, and Compressor & Boiler as well as Engineering fields.

All newly recruited staff will go through an induction process. Staff will be assigned to specific activities and tasks on the basis of being competent in relation to their roles and responsibilities, i.e. to manage and carry out all aspects of the company’s operations and to meet the demands of Contracts and the number of Learners enrolled.

Specific activities, tasks and roles and responsibilities will be included and described in the company Procedures

Team and individual training and development needs will be regularly reviewed and analysed and funding made available for identified staff training needs. Individual action plans will be constructed for all staff and will take account of prior achievement, identify goals and development needs, and describe agreed arrangement for meeting those needs.
